- Thanks Debra! Nice to see ONE PERSON looks at these pictures. Yeah the tubes are what the hot water runs through and heats up the concrete. The vapor barrier is made up of billboard signs. Or maybe they went on the side of trucks? I don't know. Either way they will do a fine job for a good price. A good result of Alan + Craigslist :)March 21, 2010 - 9:58 pm
